 Here is a typical week at the White Horse in Ridgewell... Monday - We are closed at lunchtime (except bank holidays). We open at 5.00pm and food is served from 6.15pm. Monday evening is one of our special offer food nights (See "Special Offers" for details).
Tuesday - We are closed at lunchtime and open at 5.00pm. Food is served from 6.15pm. Tuesday evening is also one of our special offer food nights (See "Special Offers" for details)
Wednesday - We open at 12.00 midday for food and drinks. Food finishes at 2.15pm starting again at 6.15 pm but the bar remains open throughout until 11.00 pm. Wednesday evening is Pie Night with a changing variety of fillings and types of pie with vegetables for the bargain price of £6.95.
Thursday - We open at 12.00 midday for food and drinks. Food finishes at 2.15pm starting again at 6.15 pm but the bar remains open throughout until 11.00 pm. Thursday evening is also one of our special offer food nights (See "Special Offers" for details)
Friday - We open at 12.00 midday for food and drinks. Food finishes at 2.15 pm starting again at 6.15 pm but the bar remains open throughout until 11.00 pm. Friday night is FISH & CHIPS NIGHT. We fry fresh cod from Lowestoft in our own homemade batter (secret recipe) and serve this with chips, tartare sauce and lemon, all for £5.95 for a large portion or £3.00 for a medium portion. This dish is available for take away as well as eat in.
However, if you require something different, there is also a full menu available every night. Saturday - We open at 12.00 midday for food and drinks. Food finishes at 2.15 pm starting again at 6.15 pm but the bar remains open throughout until 11.00 pm. As one might expect, Saturday evening can be very busy so booking is advisable.
Sunday - We open at 12.00 midday for food and drinks. Food finishes at 2.30pm. A full Sunday Roast menu is available which can be viewed in the "Restaurant" page of this web site. Booking is advisable. On Sundays the bar remains open all day for drinks as well as tea or coffee.
